Privacy Statement

Beacon Leasing, Inc. ("Beacon Leasing") is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of its customers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, Beacon Leasing Inc. has adopted the following policies applicable in the course of its business:

• Our Employees and Privacy. We train all our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about leasing customers or vendors only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
• Acquisition and Retention of Information. We do not acquire any more information about leasing customers or vendors than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service, efficiently and securely.
• Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide information about leasing customers or vendors to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the lessee or vendor, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
• Security Measures. We make privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, at considerable expense consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
• Right to Know. Our customers have the right to know what information we keep about them and how that information is being used; and they have the right to have any inaccurate information corrected or deleted.
• Privacy and Our Vendors. When we make technology or services available to vendors, we will not share more customer information than is necessary, and we will make every effort to assure, by contract and otherwise, that they use our technology and information in a manner that is consistent with internal policies as outlined above.
